At Kangole Girls’ SS, we prioritize the cultivation of leadership skills in our students from a young age. Leadership is synonymous with responsibility, and we recognize its profound influence in shaping character. Our approach to promoting leadership serves as a vital conduit for nurturing positive life skills, empowering young individuals to introspect, set goals, and build their self-esteem, confidence, and motivation. Our school employs a structured system of student leaders, including prefects, religious leaders, dormitory leaders, form captains, and class councils. These positions are not mere titles but integral components of our school’s efficient administration. Our leaders are chosen based on merit, ensuring they are well-suited for their roles.
